True VTOL Standby, by MAC (macraig), changes the default mission from VTOL_Standby to Standby on aircraft whose category contains VTOL. Aircraft can stack in the air, and a stack is harder to pick a unit from until it is stopped, the aircraft land and they spread out. This package replaces that original and keeps that rule.
