Level 2 KBots and vehicles cost 30 percent less metal, energy and build time.
The files credit no one. The idea is Quitch(y) and Zeppelin's, and it shipped in the TA: Mutation corpus as Level 2 Cost Reduc., forty-three Uberhack 2.0 unit files. The hand-picked list also held the decoy commanders, a seaplane and Uberhack's construction Freaker.
This package is one rule that works on any mod: the category contains LEVEL2, the unit moves, and it is not a builder, an aircraft, a floater, a hovercraft or TED class WATER.
