The Arm and Core spies are stealthy.
The files credit no one. StealthySpies shipped in the TA: Mutation standard pack. It names ARMSPY and CORSPY. Its text says stealth rather than personal jamming, and it also set a jammer range of 40, a value written for Uberhack's spies. Total Annihilation 3.1c's spies have no jammer.
This package names those two units and sets stealth only.
