Every map's wind can be calmed or raised. Calm sets both wind speeds to zero.

Every map's wind can be calmed or raised.
Calm sets both wind speeds to zero. Steady raises each by half, rounds it down to a whole number, then keeps the minimum between 4000 and 9000 and the maximum between 5000 and 10000. Those limits raise a map whose wind was calm.
No Wind and Steady Winds, by MAC (macraig). This version rounds the half-again wind down, because the wind speeds are stored as whole numbers.
