Extended Builders, for Arm, for Core and for every side, by MAC (macraig), says that mobile builders which are not aircraft have twice the build distance. The rule doubled the sight of every ground unit, and it scaled a leash field spelt ManueverLeashLength, which the game does not read. This version tests that the unit builds, and it scales maneuverleashlength.
