Ships, hovercraft and amphibious units can cross mist and fog, and the mist does no damage.

Ships, hovercraft and amphibious units can cross mist and fog, and the mist does no damage. A map counts as fog when its planet is not Lava, lava is on, water does no damage, water damage is 100 and the sea-level trigger is on. The lava setting, the water damage and the sea-level trigger are then turned off.

Condensed Fog, by MAC (macraig), was inspired by an earlier Passable Lava mutator. This version keeps its rule.
